Fill out a simple intake form on the website. Early Worm reviews it and reaches out within 3 business days to set up a discovery call or send a questionnaire for detailed project information.
Proposal & Agreement
Early Worm provides a detailed quote, with the option to either pay a flat-rate fee or hourly. You can opt to work through the third-party platform Upwork if you prefer, with an additional fee to cover Upwork’s charges.
Concept Development, Editing & Revisions
You receive the first draft for review, with 2 rounds of revisions included in a flat fee project or unlimited edits for hourly work.
Final Delivery & Additional Services
The final video is delivered in the best format for your needs, via a download link active for at least 30 days. Additional edits or support are always available upon request, priced on a case-by-case basis.
